Musk User Bars

Hoping I can get some help with this.

My user bars are not showing the proper colours. They only work for 3 groups, 1 group is showing a different colour, but its not the colour I've put in (its showing an orange instead of blue), and the rest just stay the default colour no mater what I put in the postbit.css

Thanks.

RE: Musk User Bars

Hello buddy,
Editing userbars id damn easy.
you need to check the group title first.
For example if you have createda new usergroup like "Myskins" .
Now navigate to postbit.css and find the code
Code:
.pbwrap .uimg.Administrators {
    background: #AC1212 !important;
}

Below that add like this

Code:
.pbwrap .uimg.Myskins {
    background: #E04006 !important;
}

This would give the new color to the usergroup image in postbit you have created.
Hope this helps
regards

RE: Musk User Bars

I understand HOW to do it, I'm letting you know its not working Smile.

These are my groups & colours:

.pbwrap .uimg.Administrators {
background: #297832 !important;
}
.pbwrap .uimg.Owner {
background: #940c52 !important;
}
.pbwrap .uimg.Registered {
background: #0D3050 !important;
}
.pbwrap .uimg.Super Moderators {
background: #4040FF !important;
}
.pbwrap .uimg.Location Moderator {
background: #FFD700 !important;
}
.pbwrap .uimg.Moderators {
background: #FF7F27 !important;
}
.pbwrap .uimg.Awaiting Activation {
background: #0D3000 !important;
}
.pbwrap .uimg.Banned {
background: #212121 !important;
}
.pbwrap .uimg.VIP Member {
background: #1b0ead !important;
}

However ONLY Administrators, Owner and Moderators show the right colour. Super Moderators is showing an orange colour even though the html is for a blue....everything else just shows the 'default' bar colour.

RE: Musk User Bars

You need to cross check with the groups you have made.
The code is letter sensitive.
so please check the uppercase, spaces, commas etc.

RE: Musk User Bars

It is all correct and still not working Sad. I can screen shot my groups if you need.
Is there any way to maybe use the gid numbers instead?

I think I figured it out, my groups are too similar. I changed Super Moderators to Group and the colour changed from the orange (apparently being picked up from the group Moderators) to the correct blue I wanted.

Sorry.

RE: Musk User Bars

It is possible with group id,

in postbit and postbit_classic templates
find <div class="uimg {$usergroup['title']} rap">
change to <div class="uimg group{$usergroup['gid']} rap">

and then in .css write for each group with desired colors like below,

.pbwrap .uimg.group4 {
background: #8f0404 !important;
font-weight:bold;
}

.pbwrap .uimg.group3 {
background: #FF0000 !important;

....
